Where there is a delay in the supply of goods you have ordered, we will advise you as soon as practicable. If the goods cannot be delivered within 30 days of your order, we will notify you of this delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How to return an item:

We will accept items back for refund if there is a manufacturing defect, or if the item is in perfect and unused condition. Please ensure the original or equivalent packaging is used - original paperwork should be enclosed and marked clearly "Return for Refund". The item must be returned within 28 days of despatch. Postage on returns, refunds and exchanges will not be refunded unless item is defected.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and please specify if you want to exchange the item or a refund.

Return Exceptions:

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges:

If your item is in perfect and unused condition, you may exchange for a different size or colour. Please follow instructions for returning the goods as above, however please mark  "Return for Exchange" clearly on the paperwork. The item should be exchanged within 28 days of despatch.
